Brief History
- Established in 1974
- Located in Waco, TX
- 35,000 sq ft building with 75 acres for expansion
- Acquired by Dover Industries in 1988
- Complete revamp in 1997 with addition of CNC centerless grinders and polishers
- Increased plating capacity and current capabilities with addition of 56’ long plating tank in 2006
- Implemented 1018 flat cutting cell in 2007
- Expanded value add service with addition of 6 automated saws for cut-to-length product in 2008

Summer Picnic – Each summer, Precise Hard Chrome holds its summer picnic for you and your family. Although the location varies, you can be assured that there are activities for all ages – swimming, volleyball, horseshoes, washers, and more. Every employee receives a special gift and door prizes are awarded.
Christmas Party – In December, Precise Hard Chrome sponsors a Christmas party for you and your significant other. The party begins with a social hour, then dinner and service awards. Then the music cranks up and the dance floor gets crowded. Every hour, you have a chance to win one of the many door prizes – from cameras to computers. For the past few years the grand prize has been a big screen TV!
